Customer Service
 All orders placed before 12PM, PST, by email or phone from Monday – Friday will be delivered or shipped within 48 hours. If for some reason an item is not available, we will replace it with an item of equal or greater value.
 For all non custom items, we offer same day delivery in the greater Los Angeles area when you place your order before 12PM noon, PST. Delivery charges vary according to the delivery area. Please call for a price quote: 323-931-4155.
Generally prices range from $10 - $25 per location. For residential deliveries, please verify that someone will be available to receive the package, or leave a message where to leave the basket (for example: on back porch). If requested, a confirmation of delivery will be sent via email or phone once the item has been delivered.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping prices vary depending upon size, weight and region. Average shipping price is $17.00 for FED EX ground service. Exact quotes will be given upon request after order has been placed. Upon request, your tracking number can be sent to you via email along with the estimated date of delivery.
 We are an upscale basket company and we design custom products for companies who need meeting amenities, hotel welcome gifts for visiting executives, gifts for corporate events and functions, etc. Please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you in finding just the "right" product for your needs.
 We never share any information with anyone about you or your recipient. Any information you give us stays with us, as your privacy comes first.
